Local choirs join together in the 2017 Greater Lafayette Hymn Fest:
Sunday, February 19, 2017, 4:30-5:30pm at Central Presbyterian Church (31 N 7th St, Lafayette, IN 47901).
Admission is free, free-will offerings appreciated. Reception to follow.
Featuring the Church Choirs of:
- St. Mary Cathedral
- Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
- First Baptist Church
- Emmanuel United Church of Christ
- Central Presbyterian Church
- First Christian Church
With special performance by the Central Presbyterian Church Bell Choir and the Lafayette Flute Choir.
The 2017 Greater Lafayette Hymn Fest is presented by West Lafayette Musicale and Central Presbyterian Church.
West Lafayette Musicale was founded on August 9, 1915 and today continues to further its original goals of stimulating cultural and musical growth among its members and in the community. A major part of their mission is the advancement of American Music and the support and encouragement of young musicians. West Lafayette Musicale is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and welcomes donations to help sponsor competitions and awards for our youth.

The Tippecanoe Arts Federation is the umbrella organization and arts council for 14 counties. TAF provides educational opportunities in the visual, performing, and literary arts, outreach programs for both underserved and at-risk youth, and funding for capital and operational expenses to fellow arts organizations region wide.
