Our 2021 improvements to Walnut Lane Park are almost complete.
Over 70 trees have been planted, the parking lot has been finished, and 9 new benches have been installed.
We anticipate a new kiosk by the parking lot to be installed sometime early next year.

CLAIM POLICY FOR PLOWING DAMAGES
Email us at office@westpikeland.com and provide your address. We will inspect the damage and make the determination of fault. Please note that if the damage is from the plow physically making contact with the mailbox/post, we will repair if possible or provide $50 towards a replacement. If the damage is from the movement of snow, the responsibility for making repairs shall be borne by the property owner.

The Road Clean Up Part II, held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 was a success!
Many thanks to the 20 volunteers from the West Pikeland Township Environmental Advisory Council and Litter Lifters of West Vincent who came out to collect 80 bags of trash, over a dozen tires and various other large objects.
A special thank you to the West Pikeland Township Police Department for keeping the crews safe along Rt. 113.
A job well done!

On November 30, Pennsylvania Library Association awarded the PA Forward Bronze Star Library award to Chester Springs Library. Star Awards recognize libraries that are community centers offering engaging programs and services that incorporate five key literacies - Basic Literacy, Information Literacy, Civic and Social Literacy, Health Literacy, and Financial Literacy. Chester Springs Library is proud to accept this award and we hope you are proud of us too. Stop in to get a library card, attend a program or check out a book.
