Vista, California Acquisition We’ve acquired our first property since closing a separately managed account with CIGNA Investment Management (CIGNA). Located in Vista, California, 2620 Commerce Way is a 184,541-square-foot, high-finish industrial building that features 14 dock-high doors, six grade-level doors, 27-foot clear height and ample power. It’s great for one to two light manufacturing or warehouse users. Darla Longo and Rebecca Perlmutter Finkel of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction and Roger Carlson and Blake Wilson, also with CBRE, are marketing the property for lease. Learn more >

Vertical Farming Company Plenty Selects Westcore Warehouse for LA Expansion Vertical farming company Plenty Unlimited selected our newly constructed 94,875 square-foot warehouse project, Alameda Business Center, in Compton, CA for its expansion into the Los Angeles market. Thanks to Marc Bonando and Brad Connors at Kidder Mathews for representing Westcore and pre-leasing the building. Westcore completed construction of the building in late November 2019. Plenty will hire local employees from Compton and reach out to local schools and the surrounding community to educate people about healthy eating, vertical farming and entering the professional field of sustainable farming.
