Thank you to everyone for your patience during these improvements. We hope residents enjoy the updated court, and we encourage everyone to help keep this community amenity looking its best by treating it with care and reporting any damage or maintenance concerns to the Association office.

Fall Soccer Program Update 🥅⚽🍂

As we approach the time of year when registration typically opens for our Fall Soccer Program, we wanted to provide an update regarding upcoming recreation opportunities.

The Association is currently conducting a review of its sports and recreation programs to evaluate participation, program costs, operational requirements, and the overall value these programs provide to our residents. This review is intended to help ensure that future programming remains sustainable while continuing to meet the needs and expectations of the community.

As part of this review, we are exploring the possibility of partnering with a qualified organization to operate youth sports programs through a field lease agreement. Under this model, the selected organization would be responsible for administering the programs, collecting registrations, maintaining the required insurance, and assuming responsibility for program operations and liability.

Organizations with experience managing youth sports programs that may be interested in partnering with the Association are encouraged to contact the HOA office to express their interest no later than Friday, August 14, 2026. Additional information regarding the proposal process and partnership opportunities will be made available as the Board continues its evaluation.

At this time, decisions regarding future sports programming, including the Fall Soccer Program, have not been finalized.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to identify the best path forward for our community.

Thank You to Our Incredible Volunteers! 💚🌱

The Villages of Westcreek is fortunate to have residents and leaders who care so deeply about our community. We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the incredible volunteers who dedicated their time, energy, and hard work over the past several days to help improve our community amenities.

A very special thank you goes to Patricia & Thomas Bennett, Mike Hylander, Lisa Dinoir, Dora Trosclair, Bill Fenstermacher, Board President Brian Fite, and our new Maintenance Manager, Marc Garcia, who spent countless hours working outdoors in the Texas heat to complete several beautification and maintenance projects. Their dedication and willingness to serve our community are truly inspiring.

Thanks to their efforts, fresh mulch was added to the tot lot, new sand was placed at the sand volleyball court, and the walking trail behind the Community Center was cleared of a downed tree and overgrown brush, and holes along the trail were filled to improve safety for residents.

To complete these improvements safely, several amenities were temporarily closed over the last few days. We appreciate everyone's patience during this time and are pleased to share that all of these amenities are now open and ready to enjoy thanks to the commitment and hard work of this outstanding team.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Association, thank you for giving your time to make Villages of Westcreek a cleaner, safer, and more beautiful place to call home. Your willingness to volunteer—especially under such challenging weather conditions—is a true reflection of the community spirit that makes Villages of Westcreek such a special place.

New Open Violation Report Now Available 📝

As part of the Association's commitment to transparency, we are now publishing a report of all currently open deed restriction violations within the community.

The report includes the street name, date the violation was opened, and type of violation. No homeowner names, property addresses, or other personal information are included.

The Open Violation Report is available on the Association website on the Property Improvements page under the Reporting Violations section and will be updated regularly as violations are opened and resolved.

Publishing this report helps residents better understand the types of violations currently being addressed, demonstrates that enforcement is applied consistently throughout the community, and provides greater visibility into the Association's compliance efforts.

Thank you for helping keep our community clean, attractive, and in compliance with our governing document
