Board of Directors 2026 Candidates

Residents are invited to review the attached Board of Directors nomination candidate bios, which highlight each candidate’s background, experience, and interest in serving our community; we encourage all homeowners to take a moment to learn more about the individuals who have stepped forward to volunteer their time and leadership.

While the deadline to submit nominations for inclusion on the written ballot mailed to homeowners and the Electronic Voting System ballot has passed, new nominations will be accepted from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Please note that votes cast at the Annual Meeting will override any previously submitted absentee or Electronic Voting System ballots.

Stay tuned for Meet the Candidates, where you can hear directly from the candidates about their vision and priorities—date and time coming soon!

Basketball & Tennis Court Resurfacing Project & Closures

We’re excited to share that our community basketball and tennis courts will be undergoing resurfacing improvements in the coming weeks to enhance safety and playability for everyone.

Project details

  • Basketball Court: The basketball court will be closed for approximately one week while resurfacing work is completed.
  • Tennis Courts: Our two tennis courts will be closed for approximately one month. As part of this project, one tennis court will be converted into two pickleball courts, expanding recreational options for our residents.

We understand that these temporary closures may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation while these improvements are underway. Our goal is to provide upgraded, multi-use courts that better serve the needs and interests of our community.

Work is expected to begin Monday, March 16, 2026.

We will share updates if there are any changes to the schedule and will notify residents once the courts are reopened.
