Pool Season 2026

As pool season gets underway, we ask all residents to take a moment to review the posted pool rules to help keep the facility safe and enjoyable for everyone.

If you are a tenant, please ensure the front office has your current lease on file—RFID access cards will not work if your lease has expired. For everyone’s safety, residents will be asked to exit the water five minutes before closing time. Please remember, there is no lifeguard on duty, so all swimming is at your own risk.

Reserve Your Event Space Today!

Planning a birthday party, baby shower, or special event?

Residents in good standing can reserve community amenities—including the Community Center Hall, Sports Park Pavilion, and Community Center Pool—for private gatherings.

All reservations must be submitted at least 14 days in advance, and availability can be checked through the online calendar.

Be sure to review the reservation checklist before booking to ensure a smooth process.

We’re excited to provide these spaces for your celebrations and encourage you to plan ahead to secure your preferred date!

Breakfast Taco Giveaway 🌮☀️

Start your morning off right on May 5th from 7:30AM–9:30AM with our free breakfast taco giveaway! We’ll have 150 tacos available—first come, first served. Don’t miss out on this tasty treat!

May Board Meeting

Our next board meeting will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 6:30PM. We encourage all members to attend, stay informed, and share their input as we continue working toward our neighborhood goals. This meeting will be in-person at the Westcreek Community Center.

Lookback at April!

April was in full bloom with activity, connection, and community fun! From exciting events to meaningful improvements around the neighborhood, it’s been a month to remember.

The community center pool opened for the season and pool rentals are now available
57 residents attended the Annual Meeting
310 homeowners voted in the board elections
3 new board members were elected this term
The tennis courts resurfacing project completed
One tennis court was converted into two pickleball courts
100 succulents were given away for Earth Day
Our appointment scheduler was launched for homeowner's needing assistance with the spectrum portal and/or submitting property improvement applications
8 residents participated in bingo night
20-25 residents attended the SARC meeting
20 residents attended the special board meeting to witness our new board members taking the oath

Spring Home Improvements 🌿🏡

As spring arrives, many residents begin enhancing their homes with landscaping, painting, and other exterior improvements.

Before starting any project, please remember that all exterior changes require approval through a Property Improvement Application (PIA) submitted via the homeowner portal.

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has up to 30 days to review applications, so be sure to plan ahead and allow time for approval before beginning work.

To help make the process easier, we’ve added supporting documents you may need when submitting your application, including plat maps and project details. Following these guidelines helps maintain the beauty and consistency of our community while protecting property values.

Serving Up Improvements:

Tennis & Pickleball 🎾🏓

Our community courts have a fresh new look! The project kicked off in March with the resurfacing of the basketball court, followed by upgrades to both tennis courts. One of the tennis courts has been thoughtfully converted into two pickleball courts, expanding recreational options for residents. We’re excited for everyone to get out, play, and enjoy these refreshed amenities!

Hooks & Needles Crochet

Join us every Thursday at 9:00AM at the community center to get creative.

Not into crochet? That’s perfectly fine! Bring whatever craft you enjoy—cross-stitch, embroidery, knitting, or another favorite hobby—and share the time with us. It’s all about creativity, friendship, and enjoying time together. 🧶✨

Bunco Group

Join us once a month for a fun night of Bunco—no experience needed! We do a different theme for each event to keep things exciting.

Bring a side dish to share, BYOB, and a $5 buy-in. Come for the laughs, stay for the friendships!

Office Closure - Memorial Day

Our office will be closed in observance of Memorial Day. The office will reopen and resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Both pools will be open from 10AM-9:30PM on Memorial Day for residents to enjoy.
