Niagara County and Western New York Begin Phase Two of Reopening Today!
Today Governor Cuomo announced that the Western New York region, which includes Niagara County, has met the health metrics needed to begin Phase Two. This will include businesses in the following industry sectors, Offices, Real Estate, In-Store Retail, Vehicles Sales/Leasing/Rentals, Retail Rental/Repair/Cleaning, Commercial Building Management, Barbershops and Hair Salons. Businesses will need to have established a safety plan, which includes guidelines and safety protocols designed to protect their employees and customers. These guidelines need to be printed and displayed onsite. Businesses will also have to self-certify their safely plan by filling out and submitting the NYS Business Affirmation Form. All of these documents are organized by reopening phase and industry sector and can be found here.
