Pentecost Party

Come celebrate the beginning – the birthday – of the Christian church. Feel the wind, hear the sounds, be amazed by the languages and inspired by the Holy Spirit to spread Christ’s light into the world!

Sunday, June 5 – noon to 2 pm – playground and parking lot

Pizza, salad and other colorful eats; games and activities for all ages. Wear something red, bring a lawn chair if possible, and a nonperishable item for UCHM’s Food Pantry.

Want to help? You could lend a pop-up canopy or corn hole. Drop flyers at nearby homes. Help make pin wheels. Greet visitors. Decorate with crepe paper. Call and encourage someone to come

Hope Buss and The Hope Village update

The Hope Village is open and people are coming. As most of you know Stachelle Bussey has been selected to operate the Hope Village, a site for housing and caring for those people in our community that currently find themselves without a place to call home. They take donations on Thursdays 10:00-12:00 and 2:00-4:00.
