Services will be in the sanctuary and on Zoom. All are welcome!

March 28 Maundy Thursday 7 p.m.

March 31 Easter Sunday 11 a.m.

Work Day Saturday March 23

Help spruce up the outside of the church this Saturday, March 23, from 9:00 a.m. until noon. We’ll be working on cutting back annuals and shrubs in the front of the sanctuary building to get ready for spring and our Holy Week services.

Holy Saturday Guatemala Gathering 

An hour-long conversation about CHPC's partnership with Eastern Guatemala's Q'eqchi' Estoreño Izabal Presbytery will take place at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 30 ("Holy Saturday," between Good Friday and Easter Sunday) in the Gathering Room in the back of the Education Building.

Everyone is welcome.

 Community Chair Yoga - Update

The Community Chair Yoga classes that Rev. Ginny Brown is leading will now meet each Monday and Thursday at Crescent Hill Presbyterian church from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. 

Invite your friends and neighbors. Each person is required to fill out a waiver, and there is a suggested $10 donation, part of which goes to support the ministries of Crescent Hill Presbyterian Church. Upcoming Mondays we will meet in the Gathering Room.

Invitation to Be a Nursery Volunteer

The Nurture Committee is planning ahead and wants to be ready for young children and their parents who might need to use our nursery space during our worship services. Two volunteers will be needed at any time. All volunteers are required to have satisfactorily completed a background check before being able to volunteer.

Four CHPC members have already signed up. These include: Soni Castleberry, Claudia Foulkes, Eva Stimson, and Jerry Van Marter. If interested in serving in this ministry of our church, please let Soni know (502-417-6481).

Future Preaching Opportunities

Pastor Tami is putting together a list of individuals in the congregation who would like to be considered for filling the pulpit when she is on vacation or is out serving the larger church.

Please email or call the church office to be placed on the pulpit supply list. In the next six months, the dates for these opportunities are 3/28 (Maundy Thursday), 4/7 (must be PCUSA ordained for communion service), 5/26, and 7/14.
