Cedar Ridge Camp Worship and Picnic – August 30

Everyone is invited to gather at Cedar Ridge Camp for worship and a picnic on Sunday, August 30. Pastor Tami will be preaching. Worship begins at 11:00 a.m. at the Lakeside Pavilion, with the picnic to follow. The pavilion is easily accessible for those with limited mobility. There will be no worship service at the church, but there will be a Zoom option available. The address is 4010 Old Routt Rd, Louisville, KY 40299.

Ben Langley and Luiz Kemmerle will be tending the grill, cooking up hamburgers and hot dogs, as always. Drinks will be furnished. The rest of the meal will be potluck. Please bring your favorite side. The pool will be open for swimming from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

So bring your lawn chairs, sunscreen, and a dish to share to Cedar Ridge Camp on August 30!

Please join us for our last Summer Concert on the plaza. The food trucks will be Street Gyros, and Brain Freeze.

We also need volunteers to help set up and/or take down, before and after the concert. If you can help, please contact Pastor Tami at:

Prayer Group for the Middle East

Feel free to join us Thursdays on Zoom, in-person, or both. This group has enabled such support for one another as we all struggle to cope with the tragedies in the Middle East and the on and off cease fires and prisoner releases. The first Thursday of each month the group will meet in person. Please reach out to Soni for locations.

We would be grateful to have others join us. Email Soni at soni.castleberry@gmail.com to get the Zoom link and be added to the group email list for regular communication.
