Westside Well-Being Series:
Module 6 — Fostering Positive Emotions and Experiences
In this module, Fostering Positive Emotions and Experiences, we will learn to differentiate between pleasant and difficult emotions and thoughts and the importance of proactively fostering more pleasant experiences. Viewers will learn a skill that can be used to broaden their awareness to these moments and to engage with them deeply in ways that bring joy or meaning.

Please note our module delivery format has changed. Now, every month, you will receive in your inbox a 30-minute recording from our monthly series Well-Being Wednesdays: Taking Care of Educators Who Take Care of Kids. If you would like to attend the live sessions, you can register for each webinar here.

Module 7, Coping with Difficult Thoughts, Feelings, and Experiences, will be released next month. If you have any questions, please reply to this email.
