Westside Well-Being Series:
Module 7 — Coping with Difficult Thoughts, Feelings, and Experiences
In this module, Coping with Difficult Thoughts, Feelings, and Experiences, we will continue learning about the distinctions between pleasant and difficult emotions and experiences, including the importance of difficult thoughts and emotions to survival. Viewers will also learn a specific technique for distancing from these experiences without avoiding them so that they can better accept, cope, and ultimately move beyond them in moments where they are unhelpful.

Please note our module delivery format has changed. Now, every month, you will receive in your inbox a 30-minute recording from our monthly series Well-Being Wednesdays: Taking Care of Educators Who Take Care of Kids. If you would like to attend the live sessions, you can register for each webinar here.

Module 8, Feeling Good Physically Through Nutrition, Movement, and Sleep, will be released next month. If you have any questions, please reply to this email.
