If you are attending the 2022 American Geriatrics Society (AGS) Annual Scientific Meeting in Orlando from May 12 to 14, join HCCI’s Home-Based Primary Care (HBPC) Special Interest Group (SIG) for a May 13 strategy meeting. All interested in home-based medical care are invited to attend this session at AGS to help define what this group’s goals will be as it moves forward.
Led by Co-Chairs Melissa Dattalo, MD, Assistant Professor, Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Namirah Jamshed, MD, Associate Professor, Medical Director House Call Program, UT Southwestern Medical Center, the Home-Based Primary Care SIG aims to ensure every medically complex patient who is homebound or home-limited has access to quality HBPC that results in a profound improvement in medical outcomes, patient and family experience, and healthcare spend.
