Trunk or Treat? Please contact the office if you're willing to hand out candy on Saturday, October 23. Come have fun with us!

"Many trunks make many smiles."

—The Rev. Mike Rau

Friends,

If you've read ahead, you might have discovered that this Sunday's gospel reading is about the rich young ruler. This passage has inspired many the quotable quote. But are we focusing on all there is to learn from it? Are there obscure invitations for you to consider? I think so, and I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts with you.

Meanwhile, I need to acknowledge the difficulties we are having with our livestream. We have been trying to diagnose the root of the problem for more than six months, working with a handful of people who have been trying, yet failing, to address them. I'm praying the latest theorized solution will work, but there are a few steps we need to make, which may take time. Please know your frustration matches mine, and we're working hard to fix things. Thanks in advance for your patience.

Blessings,

Mike+
