Scope of Work: Roof Replacement
Keystone Engineering continues to serve as the Owner's Representative for the three-building roof replacement project at River Lakes Condominium in Cocoa Beach. Each of the three buildings is in a different phase of completion. As construction advances through each phase, Keystone remains committed to ensuring all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project requirements while supporting the Association through every step of the process.
Keystone Engineering and Consulting will continue to serve as the Owner’s Representative for the roof replacement project until all three buildings are complete. Keystone has previously provided River Lakes with the State-required milestone report and guided them through a complex-wide concrete restoration project.
Part 1: Building 720 Nearing Completion
The first of three roof replacement projects at River Lakes Condominium is nearing completion. Keystone Engineering continues to provide Owner's Representative services, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance throughout the project.
Part 2: Building 760 Takes Shape
The second roof replacement project at River Lakes Condominium continues to make excellent progress. Keystone Engineering remains actively involved in overseeing construction and project compliance.
Part 3: Building 800 is Last in Phasing
All work on the final roof will be observed professionally by Keystone and follow the same Soprema specifications and Keystone project manual as the other two roofs.
