Néa Ranganathan ('15)


Director & Actor


Néa is a land-based archivist, anti-colonial organiser and durational performance artist based in London. Néa hosts moments for community and artist development as part of the live art and curatorship duo, shelf/break.

Sophia Maxwell ('17)


Environmental Scientist


An environmental consultant at WSP, Sophia holds a BA in Environmental Science and International Studies from American University and is passionate about climate resilience and sustainable development.

Gabri Espina ('08)


Public Sector Consultant


A mixed-methods researcher, Gabrielle Espina holds a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and specializes in K–12 education, political economy, and international research as a Delivery Leader at Delivery Associates.

Aurelio Bazzano-Zeldin ('24)


Student at UNC Chapel Hill



Aurelio studies environmental chemistry and piano performance. He works in a lab researching UV disinfection of hospital wastewater and contributes data analysis for Nida Allam’s congressional campaign. He is also involved with the Town of Chapel Hill Sustainability Council, advocating for electrified buses and the phaseout of the university’s coal plant.



Andrew Genova


Managing Director, Foundry Commercial


Andrew Genova is a commercial real estate executive, multi-venture founder, and strategic advisor known for helping organizations solve complex challenges. A retired Fire & Rescue Administrative Chief, he credits Montessori education with fostering the curiosity, independence, and leadership that shaped his path.
