Behavioral Health in Education Resources and Opportunities Technical Assistance Center (B-HERO)
Mission
To engage K-12 Behavioral Health Resource Coordinators in training, technical assistance, and opportunities to facilitate connections.
Vision
All school personnel will develop the knowledge and skills to support the health and wellbeing of every student and family.
Help Us Help You

We at the B-HERO TA Center are asking all Behavioral Health Resource Coordinators to help us help you!

To gain a better perspective on how we can help all North Dakota’s Behavioral Health Resource Coordinators assist students, families, and personnel in addressing behavioral health needs within their school communities, we would love your direct thoughts.

Your feedback and insight into your role matter to us at B-HERO, just as each student, school personnel, and community member – and their needs – matter to your school community. Collectively, your feedback can help us help you as you serve your school(s). Please take our Needs Assessment!

In Case You Missed It....
Our “What Helps Us” campaign, inspired by the ND Department of Human Services' “Help is Here” marketing, has allowed us to share Educator Stress Management techniques and Family Support Strategies over the past six weeks. In case you missed them, take a look at our “Help is Here” Resource Catalog containing all resources shared in our messaging so far.

Upcoming Campaign: “The Joys Of Educating”

Just as we shared stories from school personnel around the state about “What Helps Us” manage stress, we’d love to hear from you about “The Joys of Educating" in North Dakota. Whether you have been in education for 4 years or 40 years, there are so many joys associated with this line of work. They don’t come without hard work, but we experience those joys nonetheless.

Please share one of your favorite stories of working in education with us using the following Flipgrid link: https://flipgrid.com/96d36d28

You can also use the above QR code to access Flipgrid on your phone! This is a great opportunity to learn more about Flipgrid, and in case you’re interested in hosting your own “What Helps Us” Flipgrid campaign like we did, here’s another look at our Toolkit below!
