As Jewish and Gentile Believers we have the joy of celebrating our true roots and shared salvation in our Savior. With a servant's heart, we strive to proclaim God's love, redemption and salvation only in Messiah Yeshua-Jesus. John 3:16

For God has not intended that we should experience His fury, but that we should gain deliverance through The Blessed Hope-The Rapture (see video) by our Lord Yeshua Jesus the Messiah. The Second Coming in the air not to the earth video.

The Lord is faithful in our earnest witness in the midst of the increasing dark reversionary storms seeking to drive us away from those to witness faith in the Way, the Truth and the Life! The true JESUS!

For I am not ashamed of the Good News, since it is God’s powerful means of bringing salvation to everyone who keeps on trusting, to the Jew especially, but equally to the Gentile. For in it is revealed how God makes people righteous in His sight…. Romans 1:16-17a

For God so loved the world

Bold unafraid true witness

1 Thessalonians 5:1-11

But you have no need to have anything written to you, brothers, about the times and dates when this will happen; because you yourselves well know that the Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. When people are saying, “Everything is so peaceful and secure,” then destruction will suddenly come upon them, the way labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and there is no way they will escape.

But you, brothers, are not in the dark, so that the Day should take you by surprise like a thief; for you are all people who belong to the light, who belong to the day. We don’t belong to the night or to darkness, so let’s not be asleep, like the rest are; on the contrary, let us stay alert and sober. People who sleep, sleep at night; and people who get drunk, get drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us stay sober, putting on trust and love as a breastplate and the hope of being delivered as a helmet.a For God has not intended that we should experience his fury, but that we should gain deliverance through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, 10 who died on our behalf so that whether we are alive or dead, we may live along with him. 11 Therefore, encourage each other, and build each other up — just as you are doing.

Commentary

1–3     Only the Father knows the times and dates when this will happen (Mt 24:36), and you have no need to know them (Ac 1:7). You need only to be prepared (Mt 24:44, 25:13), since, using a comparison made by Yeshua himself (Mt 24:43), the Day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night (the analogy is also used at 2 Kefa/Peter 3:10). The expression, “the Day of the Lord,” is from the Tanakh (Amos 5:18–20; Isaiah 2:9; Zephaniah 1:7, 14; 2:2–3; 3:8). See the same or similar expressions at John 6:39–40, 1Cor 1:8, Philippians 1:6, 2 Th 1:10, 2 Kefa/Peter 3:12, John 6, Rev 1:10.

3     The picture of destruction coming suddenly in the midst of apparent peace echoes the Tanakh (Isaiah 57:19–21; Jeremiah 6:14, 8:11; Ezekiel 13:10).

4–5     A play on words: the Day of Judgment won’t take believers by surprise, since they are not in the dark about it; nor does the brightness of day surprise people who belong to the light (literally, “sons of light”; see Eph 5:8).

8     Imagery from Isaiah is also used at Eph 6:14, 17.

11     Compare 4:18.

When you seek me, you will find me, provided you seek for me wholeheartedly; Jeremiah 29:13

It was 1995, I was standing on the top of The Mount of Olives in Jerusalem waiting for the tour bus to return to Ben Gurion Airport. I was excitingly talking with Jesus about the next time I would stand here, I will be Your Bride returning with You at the end of the 7-year tribulation, I said. Interrupting my excited thoughts, I heard Jesus say that I would be returning before that!?! Shocked by my thought, I said, but How Jesus, is this You or me? A bit confused I heard Him clearly tell me that ‘He wanted to show me what He was doing in His Land’. Was I coming back?! I knew I could not make this up but had absolutely no idea how that could happen or what it would look like!

BUT FOR GOD… 4 months later God had orchestrated an impossibility and I was back in His Land living with Messianic Jewish Believers in Jesus on a Moshav a few miles outside of Jerusalem. He was showing me what He was doing in His Land, and I was falling in Love with Israel and the Jewish people. Six glorious months of travel, impossibilities, open and closed doors, and learning to tell, mostly very open Jewish people, about their Messiah!

BUT FOR GOD... He had different plans for my new love and calling! I met Reuben, the Director of Menorah Ministries while working for them on the University campuses in Denver talking with students about Jesus before I planned to return to Israel for the 3rd time. Unknown to both of us God was creating an amazing love story for us... We married and began our adventure together living in the Jewish community of Denver, hoping to be Lights for our Messiah here and with Menorah Ministries purposes.

BUT FOR GOD… Twenty-six years later…. What an adventure it has been! I’m constantly reminded that, His thoughts are not naturally my thoughts neither are His ways my ways Isaiah 5:8-9. I found hearts are not as open here in the States living in our little Israel. We know it is God who opens all the doors He does for us, often in unique and varied ways. Often unnoticed by us until later and we can say, Yes Jesus You Are working!! Reuben takes prayer walks much more regularly than I do around our neighborhood which have opened many doors for him/us with our Jewish and Gentile neighbors. I’m a gardener so my opportunities usually happen when I’m hot and sweaty around our Menorah House corner lot. I get frustrated with neighbors sometimes and God in His grace has used that to open ‘round about’ doors for me. It has been wild and crazy at times and then very real with sweet, wonderful and beautifully opened hearts. Only God knows what is really going on in people's hearts here in our Jewish Community, but we pray a lot and speak when given opportunities, walk through many open doors, Nicodemus's have come to visit, and God is always doing something!

BUT FOR GOD… Our prayers, your prayers… Doors continue to open, and we hope to continue to Shine for our Messiah here, until He returns for us!

THANK YOU FOR PRAYING FOR US

Joel's Testimony

The first time I met a Messianic Jew was November 1988 on a military post in the Negev desert, Israel, where I had just completed training as a tank crew member. I asked him what he was reading and he showed me his "Brit Hadasha." When he told me what it was, Ibecame infuriated.
