What Keeps You Up at Night?
Do you ever find yourself awake at night worrying about your financial future? If the answer is yes, you're not alone. 53% of Americans consider themselves financially stressed. It's natural for us to worry about our financial situation, as it dictates so many facets of our everyday lives.

The cause of your worries is likely to change over the years because your financial priorities vary with your stage of life. One thing that remains constant across the years is protecting those you care about. While we don't know what the future holds, having a strategy in place can give you the financial confidence you need to help you sleep at night.

Click here for a checklist of topics and related questions you may encounter throughout life's stages. We encourage you to read through the list and mark off any topics you may want to learn more about.
Upon completing the checklist, we will follow up with you to address your concerns and answer any additional questions you may have.
Did You Know?
American workers generally retire around the age of 64, though data shows that the average age varies by state. For New Yorkers, it's 63.

Being able to retire comfortably is a popular end goal for many individuals who spend the majority of their years working - and saving. Though it may seem like an easy transition, retirement is a serious decision that takes a great deal of thought and preparation. Planning ahead by taking future spending and savings figures into consideration can make the transition into retirement more manageable and rewarding.

Here at Saratoga Financial Services, we work one-on-one with clients to determine their future financial needs and use enhanced planning tools to assure they're on the right track for retirement. If you're interested in having your retirement needs calculated and projected, please call us at (518) 584-2555 to schedule a meeting.

Planning Tip
If you haven't yet reached your 65th birthday, make sure it's marked on your calendar - you're eligible for Medicare! Unlike Social Security, there's a downside if you don't sign up on time. Your Medicare Part B and D premiums could permanently increase, and you could be denied supplemental coverage. If you expect to keep working, talk to someone in human
resources about how this affects your group health plan.
