How to Make the Best of Your Real Estate Photos

picket-fence-home-sm.jpg lists off some "Picture Mistakes" you should avoid!

-- A common mistake people make are taking pictures of corners. Corner pictures are boring-- leave them out.
--Close up on greenery doesn't do anything for the listing. Step back to get a better picture to show what it does for the home!
-- Taking pictures from outside windows into the home should be avoided. They usually don't come off well, and might even be a little creepy.
-- Shutting out the sun isn't good. Be sure to open up all of the windows to show the home in its best light!
-- Throw out low quality or blurry pictures-- show the house at its best!

When is the Best Time to Buy Airline Tickets? Forbes has the Answer!

Certainly, Holidays and vacation times have specific rules. However, in general, these are the best and worst time to get those tickets!

6-11 months in advance.
It seems like buying flight tickets in advance means you will find the lowest fares.
However, that's not always true.
Actually, you may pay a $50 premium and subsequent buyers may find lower cost tickets due to fare sales.

4-6 months in advance.  This window is lower cost than the first option. It is still possible  to pay $20 more than discounted fares, you will probably have a wider selection of flights and seat options.

The Best Window: 3 weeks -4 months in advance.
This is when you will find the best fares.
This window, on average, offers fares that range within 5% of their lowest price.

2-3 weeks in advance.  This is the second best option for cost, however choices for seats might be running out.

1-2 weeks in advance.  P rices will be higher than the cheapest booking window, but still cheaper than the last minute purchase: your ticket will be roughly  22% less expensive than the next category.

0-6 days in advance. On average, y ou'll also pay $208 more than if you purchased the same ticket during the Best Window.

Supervised Child Area Offered With Most Classes

Many understand the value of live classes. They promote learning and provide an area to ask questions. Yet, sometimes with a family, it's just not possible. We understand.
For most of our classes, IBREA will provide a supervised area for children during the class for children ages 4+. And, it's free.
