What Makes a Good Immigration Evaluation?

The process of seeking asylum or citizenship in the United States can be a challenging process on individuals and their families, particularly when rejection of those claims means splitting families apart. In those circumstances, a psychological evaluation can provide valuable insight to the judge into those challenges and potential impact of a rejection decision. But what makes for a good immigration evaluation? What is important in addressing the needs of these clients?
