Sustainable Youth Ministry Book Club |
You may remember the Small Town & Rural Youth Ministry Initiative's offering of the Growing Young training series. For our next study, we are reading Sustainable Youth Ministry, written by Mark DeVries. Do you ever wonder why most youth ministries don't last? Come learn what you and your church community can do about it! The deadline to register is February 10th and the first ten people will receive a free copy of the book! Our first meeting will be February 24th from 6:00-7:30PM. Meetings in-person/over zoom TBD. Our synod WELCA and Racial Equity Ministry Team are inviting you to the first quarterly book discussion by authors that may or may not be familiar. Please join us. All are welcome to participate! The discussion will be done via zoom in the small groups/breakout rooms.
