A New-New Schedule
Starts September 20, 2015
Some say, all that is new is good and shiny. If that's so, then our worship schedule starting September 20 should be golden. Our new worship schedule has been revised, again, making the fall's schedule a new-new schedule. Mark your calendars and throw out past announcements about this fall's schedule. We are going to worship at 8:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. The worship committee's decision to shift the fall schedule, again, is in response to concerns raised by members of the congregation.  This schedule retains the initial goal of shifting times for the fall to respond to the requests of education leaders to increase the amount of time between services so that education events and children's music programs have adequate time for their ministries on Sunday morning between services.  Help us spread the word!
Council Feedback Forum
This Sunday
Join us this Sunday, August 23, after Worship, as we hold a Council Feedback Forum. It will be held in the Great Hall directly after today's 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning service. All Council members will be present. The intent of this forum is to have a very informal constructive get-together permitting everyone to give us feedback on how things are progressing, either positively or negatively. This is your opportunity to express appreciation and concerns or share ideas for improvement. Refreshments will be provided.
Rally Day God's Work Our Hands
September 13

Planning is underway for Rally Day on Sunday, September 13. We'll be joining in the ELCA's annual "God's Work, Our Hands Day." This is an opportunity to celebrate who we are as the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America - one church, freed in Christ to serve and love our neighbor. Our day will include outdoor worship, service projects and a lunch celebration.
Be watching for registration information for Sunday School. Adult Education won't have registration. Invite your friends and family to grow in their faith along with us!
