Over the past few months, I have been exploring a question that has stayed with me throughout my clinical work:
What are people really searching for?
As I looked beyond compulsive pornography use, I found myself returning to the same themes: emotional regulation, shame, loneliness, attachment, and our universal need for connection.
My newest article, Beyond Pornography: What Are People Really Searching For?, brings this series to a close and opens the door to a broader conversation about human sexuality, relationships, and what it means to be fully human.
I invite you to read this month's reflection and join me as we continue exploring these important conversations together.
Warmly,
