The real estate market has definitely improved over the course of the last year. There has been a big increase in transactions, as well as, renovation/ new construction projects around the Birmingham Metro and throughout the State of Alabama. Although there does appear to be a slight slowing in the trend, it appears that the real estate market around the state appears to have made a full recovery over the last year.
It is an exciting time to be a real estate professional and we appreciate all of our clients who have allowed us to take part over the last year. We at Joseph and Company strive everyday to increase our knowledge of trends in the national market and more importantly in the markets in which we work and we hope that our knowledge shows in our appraisals and in our communications with all of you.
