A Note from Marty Ochs
Sen. Eric Winberger (R-Green Bay) and Sen. Jeff Mursau (R-Crivitz) have proposed identical bills which target the Paper, Pulp, and the Manufacturing Industries in Wisconsin. Simply put, manufacturers could be made unfairly liable for PFAS pollution which they did not cause. You can make a difference! Call your local Legislators today and tell them to amend this legislation to protect Wisconsin’s manufacturing jobs.
