Aspire Releases COVID-19 Business Impact Survey Findings

“The state of local business can best be described as down but not out,” said Aspire president and CEO Christian Maslowski. “The initial waves of the pandemic crushed many small businesses into permanent closure. But the diversity of industries still operating in the Johnson County area has tempered the long-term damage to our economy, just as it helped temper the economic storm of 2008-09.”  + Read the results.

All Hoosier Businesses Must Create and Post Safety Plan by May 11

Per the Governor’s Executive Order 20-26 issued Friday, May 1, “all businesses continuing operations or being allowed to reopen must develop a plan to implement measures and institute safeguards to ensure a safe environment for their employees, customers, clients, and members.” While this plan does not need to be submitted to the State, the order requires each business to provide a copy of its plan to staff and post it publicly on or by Monday, May 11, 2020.  Read what the order requires of your business here.  + View helpful guidance via the “Industry Guidelines” tab at www.BackonTrack.IN.gov
