Thanks for Your Input
Corrine Drive Study Complete; Project Ready for Next Phase
Thanks to you, the Corrine Drive Complete Streets Study had an impressive level of public participation. Since the study began in 2017, hundreds of people have written comments, attended meetings, asked questions, and provided ideas. We sincerely appreciate this extraordinary commitment to be involved in transportation planning.

The final piece of the study , which examines how people feel about the recommended design for Corrine Drive, is now posted at CorrineDriveStudy.org . The Community Feedback Report: Recommended Design & Study Conclusion looks at responses of 500 people who answered a 10-question online survey distributed after the final plan was presented May 1 at a Community Meeting.
The survey gauged public support for the recommended design, overall reactions to the study process, and expectations/concerns for the future of the project. People provided public comments on the recommended design primarily through the online version of the survey. Paper copies also were available, and comments were accepted via mail or email. Comments were collected May 1-31, 2019.

The report contains a complete list of written responses, along with answers to questions asked during the comment period and a summary of the May 1 meeting .

Now that MetroPlan Orlando’s study on Corrine Drive is complete, it will be up to local governments to take over future phases and turn the plan into reality. We’ll continue to support our local government partners in identifying funding for design and construction.

Again, thank you for your participation in this important study . We can’t wait to see how the new Corrine Drive comes to life.
