Elizabeth Tardif

We've come a long way from a year ago. In May of 2020 our time to sell a home was an average of about 150 days which has dropped down to an average of 30 days. Median selling prices per square foot are up over 20% as well. Sales for May in the 9 towns were 441, up from 396 in April. Median selling prices rose again in most towns for the month except Greenwich and Weston. Sales above $2.0 million accounted for about 22% of the total sales, a number that continues to rise. Sales below $1.0 million were at 47%, a number that continues to drop confirming again the average selling prices are still rising.

Announcing my new affiliation with Sotheby's International and our collaboration to support the intersection of art and real estate. Real estate transactions often present a special set of requirements and needs for artists and collectors. As a professional in both industries, I will be working to address these needs with both clients and other agents to reduce challenges and optimize the success of the buying, selling and moving process.
