Thanks to all of our supporters, sponsors, fundraisers, volunteers, and of course all 175 attendees who made the trek from near and far - we had a fabulous 2019 MTM-CNM Family Conference!
There is much more to share - highlights, photos, presentations, and videos - that our team is still working on as we also wrap up our summer and head back to school with our families. But for now we just want to reflect for a moment on how incredible it is that our community could once again come together - families and professionals alike - to connect in person for a few extraordinary days.
As seen in the conference's official group photo, it is truly a "Gateway Moment" when so many of us can be together in person. Your participation and support helps to "Expand Possibilities" by advancing research, sharing information and resources, and building strong relationships. Good things happen when we come together as one!
