Sixteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time
July 17, 2022
Greetings!

The Nicaragua Mission was a great experience for me personally. The people of Chinandega, particularly those who are affiliated with Amigos for Christ, have shown us what it means to be a follower of Jesus. It reminded me of Our Lord’s words on the night of the Last Supper, “I give you a new commandment, love one another as I have loved you.” Read More...

God Bless,

Final Weeks for Pack a Back!

We only have 2 more weekends to donate to Sacred Heart’s Pack a Back! If you have already donated to our annual backpack and school supplies drive, thank you! If you haven’t yet, there’s still time.

We are all grateful to be easing into normal life again, but normal life for some in our community isn’t easy. Please help us lift some of the economic burden by making an investment in a child’s future.

Your donation of much-needed school supplies will have a long-term effect on a child’s education. Making a monetary donation on our Holy Spirit Pack a Back fundraising page is the most efficient way to provide the most needed items at the best price.

If you prefer to shop for items yourself, we will have donation bins outside the church, school, and parish hall available through 7/24. Check this wish list and Amazon wish list for ideas. If you order off the Amazon list, please indicate “Holy Spirit Parish” in your gift receipt so we can track our donations. Thank you!
