God came down to be with us! His name Yahweh Adonai tells us that He came down because He wants to be our friend! What is our God really like?

If you think of the most wonderful, the most attractive, the most thrilling, the most vibrant personal company that you can imagine, and multiply that by infinity, THEN you begin to get a glimpse of who God really is!

God loves to give!
God loves to forgive!
God loves to gush forth His goodness!

“Do you believe that Jesus loves you beyond worthiness and unworthiness, beyond fidelity and infidelity? That He loves you in the morning sun and in the evening rain? That He loves you when your intellect denies it, your emotions refuse it, and your whole being rejects it? Do you believe that God loves without condition or reservation and loves you in this moment as you are and not as you should be?”
Actually He does want to be our friend but as Brennan Manning says “He is furiously in love with us. He has a single relentless stance toward us: He loves us.”   Wow, furiously in love! Have you ever thought about anything or anyone furiously in love with you? If we live these words in our lives, we will see things so differently. Everyone we meet, everyone we see is loved like this. That love is so pure and unconditional!
Christmas is a great celebration of our God’s amazing love. It is the greatest expression of His desire to come down and become our friend! The most important Mission of the Meadow is letting people know that God loves them just as they are. God has a plan far greater for our lives, far greater than our wildest dreams.

Please consider joining The Meadow as we continue sharing this message of God’s love and friendship. Our financial goals for the next few months is $30,000 and we are so excited to have a $15,000 matching gift campaign going on NOW!  Every donation helps us to continue sharing this amazing message, one friend at a time! We thank God for your prayerful consideration of joining us financially this upcoming Christmas season!

We appreciate your generosity!
Like the old hymn says,

Like Paul in Acts 20, the purpose of the Meadow remains . . .

“What matters most to me is to finish what God started: the job the Master Jesus gave me of letting everyone I meet know all about this incredibly extravagant generosity of God
