SO where do we get the most exposure to lectins? FOOD!!!

Here is a list of foods that contain high levels of lectins:

  1. Grains -- ever heard of "Gluten" yep it is a lectin, hence, inflammation!
  2. Beans -- heavy and some of the most toxic levels
  3. Nightshade veggies -- tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant and peppers
  4. Dairy -- ugh, unfortunately so
  5. Peanuts and Cashews

If anything try to moderate these food sources or do a 10 day cleanse and see how your body reacts.
