The compliance date for when patients must be provided access to all the health information in their electronic medical records has changed from Monday, November 2, 2020, to Monday, April 5, 2021.
If your organization has gone live with open notes in advance of the Cures Rule compliance date we want to recognize your hard work.

OpenNotes continues to recognize health systems on the OpenNotes map if they implement (or will implement) open notes prior to the Information Blocking compliance date of April 5, 2021. Complete this brief survey to get started.
