We become aware of ways we can make a difference, and we are inspired. It's great fun to meet new women that share your values and have fun! Pat Jett, FUMC Plano member, says, “I heard about Mission u for years. After attending the first time, I’ll never miss it again!” Me too, Pat!
By popular demand, we increased the Retreat capacity this year. Register now for the Retreat or Virtual sessions, along with women from across North Texas and other conferences, Methodists and non-Methodists, young and old! No church membership required! And scholarships are available!

CREATION JUSTICE MOVEMENT
This grassroots movement connects and supports groups in the work of creation care, justice and regeneration. It connects United Women in Faith, EarthKeepers, Church and Society, and anyone else interested. Creation Justice Movement is a place to learn, connect, and move forward in caring for God's creation.
JULY ACTIVITY: The SCJ (our area) Creation Justice Movement is preparing a letter to the SCJ bishops as they address Creation Care items recently passed at General Conference. The letter references UWF's Just Energy for All. All are welcome to read the letter and add their name as a resource in Appendix B. It would be amazing to see many of our UWF sisters on this list! We know UWFaith know how to make things happen! Please review the letter and consider signing.

PLAN NOW: GUN VIOLENCE AWARENESS PROJECT
THE STOLEN LIVES PROJECT -
"VIDAS ROBOTAS"
Your church or group can participate in this DIY art installation that memorializes victims of gun violence. It is a powerful way to visualize the reality of too many victims of gun violence in our communities. This interfaith project can be done at any house of worship. Now is the time to talk about it with administrations to schedule it for fall. More info here.
Contact UWFaith member Katie Clark if you have questions about how you or your church can be involved in this program.
