A Mission Worth the Rally

FEBRUARY 2025

Greetings!

You may know Jeffrey Lurie, 73, the billionaire, NFL team owner, and Philadelphia Eagles Chairman and CEO.

But you may not know that Jeffrey Lurie has a younger brother of 3 years, Peter, who is diagnosed with autism and cannot communicate verbally. Because of this relationship, Jeffrey Lurie and Potential Inc. have something in common – autism advocacy.

WATCH

… how Peter inspired Lurie to open the NFL's first sensory room for autistic fans.

Congress passed the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) in 1975. 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of this innovative change in modern special education, but the hard work isn’t over.

30% of U.S. children with autism still don't receive the services they need to be successful adults.

Our ultimate play is to grow Potential’s facilities, resources, and community to address autism’s full spectrum of symptoms with proven solutions and the research to back them up. But we must achieve this goal together, as a community.

"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much."

— Helen Keller
