We began the meeting with our Prayer and a Bible Study. Following the Check-in the

Clerk Lois Jackson, presented the December minutes, which were accepted as

presented.

St. Andrew's Vestry met to review finances, plan for the annual meeting, and discuss other church business.

Key Takeaways

The Financial Reports were reviewed. The Treasurer's report provided the key points below:

• 2024 ended with a $16,906 deficit, better than projected but still concerning
• 2025 budget projects $191,320 income, $233,900 expenses, $42,580 deficit.

• Annual meeting planned for Feb 2nd; vestry organizing food/logistics.

In addition, the Vestry discussed the findings from the Church Insurance review.

• An emergency preparedness plan is to be developed, led by Jerome. Church Insurance recommended this. The plan will cover building access, alternate worship sites, evacuation procedures, etc. aims to have an organizing meeting within 30 days.

Our meeting concluded with prayer at 8:45pm.
