What happens if I don't Awaken?

At best, an unawakened life glides from accomplishing one "to do" item to the next, pursuing a checklist merely of what one thinks is expected.

It is possible to take this limited life to the grave. Many do. Those who work with the dying often try to help them undertake four tasks: to forgive, to ask forgiveness, to express their love, and to say thank-you. But why leave these essentials to the very end? Our lives are richer when we awaken to these sooner rather than later.

Awakened men are essential to the healing of the world as well. The unhealthy, unawakened masculine is capable of great harm, whether intended or not—addictions, violence (both domestic and international), failures of compassion, the inflated ego serving only one's self or one's "clan" to the detriment of others, the harm we do to our planet... all these and more are what happen when men fail to wake up to who they are truly meant to be.

By contrast, the healthy, awakened masculine sees the needs of the world and knows what is his to do in meeting them (and what is not). His efforts help to build a sustainable life all around him, both in the present and for generations to come. He gives his energy to the common good and, in return, he knows inner peace.

Our world desperately needs awakened men! Join us at Soularize 2022, our annual gathering for awakened, transformed masculinity. We will gather November 3-6 just for rituals, stories, nature wanderings, and contemplative practices to help us truly awaken, now, while there is still time.

Don't delay. Early Bird Rates end August 31st!
