Partner Feature: Next Level Novas πŸ“š

Helping our Novas reach the next steps of their literacy goals is our Next Level Nova Tutors. Funded by the Milwaukee Rotary Club & through personal donations, Next Level Novas provides individualized one on one literacy sessions to work on foundational literacy skills. MAS employs 9 tutors who work around 6 hours a week in order to support 90 students. We are excited when our scholars reach their goals identifying letters, letter sounds, & spelling sight words and eventually...reading!

"I love participating in Next Level Novas because I know I'm making a difference when I see that the students are showing progress. They are always excited and ready to do fun reading activities.

I have children who attend MAS &

I am a community leader

and thought this would be a wonderful way to serve youth and families across the City of Milwaukee...MAS is very welcoming school and I enjoy being there."
