Where would YOU start if you couldn't feed your family, pay your utilities or keep your home?
United Way and our network of partners are hearing heartbreaking stories of need from people in our community who have never asked for help before. Hourly employees already living paycheck to paycheck may never recover from six weeks of unemployment. For many, the United Way network is the only hope they have.
Today is #GivingTuesdayNow, a day devoted to supporting the nonprofit organizations helping our community through the COVID-19 crisis.
If you, your family, and your employment are secure, please help someone who is not as fortunate.
Give NOW to our
COVID-19 fund
. Your full donation will go to help neighbors who have been financially impacted by the virus.
To those of you who
already answered the call for help, thank you. Whether by making masks or a monetary donation, supporting local restaurants through carryout or volunteering to feed area students, we have seen how even small acts of kindness have delivered immeasurable help and hope. Together we are changing lives; during this crisis, we may even be saving lives.
Donate and demonstrate the power of our community.
