What is Baton?  

Baton twirling is an excellent way of developing hand-eye coordination, rhythm, timing, poise as well as gracefulness, endurance, self-discipline, and overall total body coordination. 

Class involves all aspects of baton handling including twirling, tricks, tossing and marching skills.  Dance skills are also incorporated into this class and students will learn a combination of dance-twirl movements and choreography.

Miss Crystal was head majorette at Liberty High School as well as a twirler/majorette for many years.  She has studied under different twirling instructors and is well versed at twirling many different objects:  baton, bo staff, lightsaber, riffle and flag.
