We have been working incredibly hard over the past month to create alternative day camp programs that dramatically reduce the chance of COVID-19 transmission. We know that families will have different needs and desires, and that is why we are offering THREE different types of day camp programming that will all deliver the same authentic, professional, and empowering experiences that you are used to receiving from us.
We hope that you’ll find these alternative options appealing and that you can use your existing purchases to transfer into these camp options. Moreover, we hope that your kids find these alternatives to be a welcomed change from the chaotic world we are living through right now.
If you do need a refund, please understand that we are a year-round, small business. We incur expenses throughout all four seasons. We have a year-round staff to develop curriculum, maintain our high-quality programs, develop professionally, etc. Additionally, we have monthly rent, utilities, and insurance obligations.
If you are not able to find an alternative camp that works for your family or you do not use all of your credit this summer – no worries! Your credit will remain good for any program for the next 3 years (through summer 2023). Otherwise we will issue your family a FULL refund.
