As leadership coaches, let's think for a minute about the daunting challenges our clients are facing today and how we can best help them meet these challenges. ...
Today's business environment is changing crazy fast, in so many unanticipated ways, that leaders are scrambling to cope. They're finding that their leadership capabilities are being tested like never before. Many are seeing that their previously effective leadership practices are not getting the results they need. This just adds to the stress they're already feeling.
Against this backdrop, it's not surprising that a recent global study found that executives see leadership agility as the most valuable skill-set for employees to have in today's business environment.
The need for leadership agility has become so important and so urgent that we've made it our mission to bring Leadership Agility to the world. Building on decades of work with leaders and organizations, we’ve researched this topic deeply and created a model, published in the book, Leadership Agility, that identifies the stages leaders can evolve through in their quest to become more agile.
We’ve used this model to create some powerful assessment tools and coaching methods, which we've been using with leaders and organizations for quite some time now. It's been very rewarding to see the profound impact this has had on leaders and their teams and organizations.
Want to make Leadership Agility part of your mission?
At the same time, the increasing need for Leadership Agility in today's world is obviously much greater than can be addressed by one boutique consulting firm. So we've committed to equipping experienced coaches around the world to do this work. To date, we've trained over 500 coaches from over 30 countries, who've found our Leadership Agility model, tools, and methods enormously helpful for their clients.
We invite you to reflect: Have your clients developed the level of agility needed to respond to this environment with resilience and sustained effectiveness? And do you have the methods you need to accurately assess and successfully develop their leadership agility?
If you are an experienced leadership coach or Enterprise Agile Coach, and this vision speaks to you, we'd like to meet you. Come to a free webinar and learn more about how we've used the Leadership Agility model with our clients and how you can learn to incorporate these tools and methods into your coaching practice.
