The summer break can be challenging for many families in our community. Children from low-income households may face the reality of going hungry without the meals they receive at school. Additionally, without the structured environment of the classroom, students can lose months of learning over the summer, which can have detrimental effects. That's why the United Way of Brevard and The Children's Hunger Project have partnered on the Summer Feed & Read program. By providing meal packs and books, we can alleviate hunger and combat the summer slide. Your donation of only $50 per child can make a significant impact on their lives, giving them the nourishment and intellectual stimulation they need. We are immensely grateful for any amount you can give, as every dollar counts. Join us in this initiative and help make a difference in the lives of local children.
