Can You Decline Showing Non-REALTOR® & Non-MLS Listings?

If a broker who does not belong to a REALTOR® Association or MLS wants to show your listing, can you decline to make the property available?

Explained in Article 3 of the Code of Ethics, you cannot decline to make the property available based on the buyer agent's membership status. REALTORS® are obligated to show listings that are in their clients best interest. Click here to learn more about your ethical duty to cooperate.

Drop off Coats and Food for Charity at NEXUS, Get a Free Coffee

Join the NEXUS Young Professionals Network (YPN) to help feed and keep those in need warm this winter. Members and non-members are invited to participate!

Get a free cup of coffee to-go courtesy of the YPN when you bring in gently used or new winter coats, hats, non-perishable food, and canned items on Tuesday, November 14th from 9 am - noon.

Drop offs are accepted at the NEXUS Cherry Hill and Toms River offices. If you miss the complimentary coffee provided on November 14th, drop offs will still be accepted November 14th - 17th, Mon-Fri, 9 am - 4 pm.
