Our focus is on providing individualized care to the patients in and around the communities we call home. We are proud members of the communities we serve and enjoy running into our patients in the local grocery store or sporting events and knowing we provided them with the level of service that a hardworking small town patient expects.

Specialized Care Right In Our Community

Although we may not have dozens of clinics all over the state, we do offer a number of specialized services right here in your neighborhood. We provide services that can directly treat balance and vertigo, pelvic pain and dysfunction, pediatric to geriatric issues, to name a few. We use techniques like manual therapy, functional dry needling, and blood flow restriction, among may other tools to help you reach your goals faster! All of these services are provided directly in our clinics rather than referring you to the bigger city for those services.

CPR Hybrid courses

For Hybrid courses: 

• When registering, include your email address. 

• Approximately one week before your skills session class, you will receive an email with the AHA access key to complete the online learning. 

• Once you’ve completed the online portion, print the Online Course Completion Certificate. You must have this certificate with you for admission into the face-to-face skills session. 

NOTE: You are required to attend the entire class you have enrolled in to receive a card. If you miss or do not successfully complete any part of your class, you must register and pay for another class. We require 24 hours’ notice before the first day of class to drop or change any CPR or First Aid class.

• Heartsaver® CPR AED Online + Skills Session (Community)--This class meets the CPR AED requirements for day cares. March 18, Tuesday, 5:30-6:15 p.m. $59 

• CPR - HeartCode® Basic Life Support Online + Skills Session (for Health Care Professionals)--This course is for health care providers such as nurses, EMTs, or doctors, as well as lifeguards. March 18, Tuesday, 5:30-7 p.m. $65.50 

• Heartsaver® First Aid Online + Skills Session--This class meets the First Aid requirements for day cares. March 18, Tuesday, 6:15-7 p.m. $59 

Basic Art of Cookie Decorating

Learn the basics of decorating cookies from preparing a cookie for decorating to creating the perfect icing and color to using the correct tools and techniques. The finished product will be a work of art! Space is limited for this festive/seasonal themed class showcasing six designs. You will leave class with a dozen beautifully decorated cookies. There is a $10 cash supply fee payable in class. 

Two options for class on Saturdays: 2/8 or 3/29, Tuition: $59

We are thrilled to move forward with the construction of a brand-new facility at our Highway 75 location. This project reflects our deep commitment to the Plattsmouth community and our ongoing efforts to enhance your banking experience for years to come.

Additionally, we've agreed to sell a portion of our downtown building at 446 Main Street. A portion of the building will be transitioning to Cass County in 2026, and we will retain a branch within the building to continue serving the downtown community.

As part of this transition, our Highway 75 branch will temporarily close beginning this spring to allow for demolition and construction of the new facility. While this location is temporarily closed, we invite you to visit our downtown location, where you'll receive the same excellent service you've come to expect. We will announce the exact date for this transition once it's finalized.

We apologize for any inconvenience during the construction phase and appreciate your patience as we work to bring these exciting updates to life. Once completed, the new branch will allow us to better serve your banking needs and provide you with enhanced convenience and accessibility.
