For the Spirit of healing: that God will touch all who are burdened with illness, weakness and in need, especially; For all who are sick, we pray for Margaret Whinihan, mother of Joanne MacDonald; Marty Miller; Gary Lydum; Dick Mitchell; Ann Leachman; Hanny Susanto; Tom Wilson, cousin of Pam Thomas; Patrick Reznicek, nephew of Gloria Arteaga; and Mike Costello, brother of Paul Costello; and Mike Lennon, brother in law of Paul Costello. May the Lord in his mercy be close to them with his healing power and his tender love May God’s healing Spirit renew them in body, mind, and spirit so that they may live fully, enjoy their relationships and appreciate all of God’s gifts. And those inscribed in the Book of Prayers. May the healing love of the Spirit touch them and bring them to wholeness.
We invite you to email Jody Fitts to add names to the prayer list.

Mother Teresa Guild continues to host the Christmas “Giving Tree” in a whole new way this year. We will not be putting up a Christmas tree with holiday ornaments/tags, but are still counting on your generosity to make this Christmas season enjoyable for those in need.
The charities we support are NOT taking tangible donations this year, but have requested CASH or GIFT CARDS in amounts of $25 or $50 from Safeway, Fred Meyer, QFC, Target, Amazon or Costco. DEADLINE is Dec. 9th.
Please mail or drop off Cash, Checks (Payable to OLL Memo: Mother Teresa Guild) and Gift Cards (Please mark value of GC on card) at Parish Center Office. Or you can give online HERE. (If you currently give online you can login to your account, select a Give A New Gift, select Giving Tree.)
Our Lady of the Lake gave over 500 gift items in prior years to our OLL Giving Tree. We hope that we can match or exceed this extraordinary level of generosity this year.
Please see attached link to view the charities we support in 2020 by clicking here!
Any questions: Shavaun (206-524-9661, shavaun@msn.com) OR Whitni (206-949-9060, whitnifun@gmail.com)
Thank you in advance for your always generous support and compassion. Your gifts will provide our neighbors in need with warmth and cheer at this time of year when our community & needs are so great.

Hello OLL parishioners.
Thank you to all of you who have responded to our survey so far and we look forward to hearing from more of you. Your Parish Life team has missed hosting all-parish events and seeing all of you. We hope and pray you’re doing well during these challenging times.
Recently, we’ve been discussing the possibility of offering some Parish Life events in a virtual format (and socially distanced when acceptable) until we can see each other in person.
As we consider options, we would appreciate your feedback through the survey below. The survey will be available until November 30th.
For those of you unfamiliar with Parish Life, we’re the OLL team of volunteers responsible for social get-togethers outside of school and church. These include our annual parish picnic, crab feed, pancake breakfast, pasta feed, wine-tasting event and coffee hours.
Thanks in advance for your time,
Sally Wright, Marc Linafelter and Liz Jackman

Dear Friends of SVDP,
Our ministry to neighbors in need continues. The requests for rent help remains the biggest need. Thanks to your faithful service to SVDP through your gifts of treasure, we are able to help. We are also advising our neighbors of a Seattle Grant for rent assistance and 9 neighbors have been helped. In addition, the King County Eviction Prevention and Rent Assistance Program is screening 4 of our neighbors for help. Neither program can help with the total amount owed, but this is a big help for those in need!
The help OLL SVDP provided financially (the majority in rent) over the last 3 months is:
Sept $5690
Oct $4160
Nov $3000 (so far this month)
Requests for food from the Pantry is increasing. If you are able to drop off food at the Parish Office for us, the items most in need right now are:
1. Cereal
2. Canned chicken
3. Corn
4. Mac-n-cheese
During this month of thanksgiving, we give thanks for you and ask God to continue blessing you abundantly.
Sincerely,
OLL SVDP Conference
