Artists Thrive's National Learning Database
During the 2022 Artists Thrive Summit, Artists Thrive, in partnership with Triangle Artworks, launched the Artists Professional Development National Learning Database. This platform will enable artists, arts administrators, educators and others to access available professional development opportunities in an easily searchable format.
The Ida B. Wells: Disrupting the Master Narrative Fund is offering a variety of grants supported by Chromatic Black. Grant opportunities cover Short Films, Visual Arts and Creative Placemaking. Each grant allows for multiple grantees that identify as Black Artists.

Grant Amount: $2,000 - $25,000
Los Angeles-based Metro Art invites artists and artist teams working in digital media of all professional stages to submit for the 2022 Artist Pool for Digital Media Opportunities. Eligible mediums include licensed or commissioned video, animation, stop-motion, experimental film, artistic performance documentation, and other forms of digital media artwork. There are multiple locations available to submit with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

OneBeat is a music exchange and incubator for music-based social entrepreneurship, where innovative musicians from around the world launch collaborative projects designed to make a positive impact on local and global communities. Applicants must be over 19 years old and younger than 35. Applicants do not need to have formal musical training. Music of all genres is welcome. All travel, transportation, food and lodging are covered.

South Arts presents the Creative Placemaking Leadership Summit on November 3-4, 2022 in Chapel Hill, NC. This is an annual gathering of artists, community leaders, educators, and other professionals exploring how arts and cultural activities help make communities more inclusive, connected, and resilient. The Joyce Awards Is a regional specific program for artists of color in the major Great Lakes cities. All awards support an artist in the creation and production of a new work while providing the commissioning organization with the resources needed to engage audiences, new partners and their surrounding communities at-large. This grant is offered to artists of any medium and from any area.

Grant Amount: $75,000
Princeton Arts Fellowships, in partnership with The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, David E. Kelley Society of Fellows in the Arts, and Maurice R. Greenberg Scholarship Fund, is looking for early career artists that demonstrate extraordinary promise. The eligible artists include (but are not limited to) composers, conductors, musicians, choreographers, visual artists, filmmakers, poets, novelists, playwrights, designers, directors and performance artists. This is a two-year fellowship that requires formal teaching and one artistic assignment.
