Why it matters
The cost to install and maintain play a large role, particularly with interlocking flooring FreeStyle BioLock, EcoLock and other SelecTech floorings. Our sticker price over the lifetime of our flooring goes down significantly when considering:

Installation – No expensive tools needed. No floor prep or removal. No adhesives. It’s fairly simple to self-install.

Downtime – All of the above reduces downtime. So there’s no or very little lost production due to new flooring installation.

Maintenance – A damaged or worn tile can be replaced individually as needed.
Going deeper
Aesthetics usually matter. To that end, our planks and tiles are engineered to resemble other materials, such as wood or tile. So, you can have the same look at a much lower cost. These materials are much easier to clean and maintain as well because you don’t have to worry about scratches, and the pieces fit together so that they are watertight.
