Who has access to homeownership?

Home prices are increasing rapidly, but household incomes have not kept pace, putting homeownership out of reach for many. Habitat advocates for public policies on land acquisition, use and development to lower the cost of homebuilding and prices Habitat homes at fair market value to reflect prevailing market conditions. Construction
~Pasco~

Alvina St Lot #3 The exterior of this home is now complete and ready for paint. Drywall installation is almost complete. We expect to be laying floors, installing cabinets, and working on interior trim by the middle of September; aiming for a dedication date of October 15th.

Alvina St Lot #2 Tri-Tech will return to our site in mid-September to begin work on this home. They will bring with them portions of walls that they built in class while learning to use construction tools. Framing will likely be complete by the beginning of October.

Alvina St Lot #1 The building permits has been issued for this final house on Alvina Street. We plan to complete this home in March 2023.

N Wehe AveWe recently awarded the contract for infrastructure work on this next development in east Pasco, which will contain seven homes. We hope to break ground on the first home this fall and dedicate it next summer.
